Frog Crossing Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 10, 2026 · Version: 1.0.0Operator and scope
This policy applies to Frog Crossing provided by Shun Production. The game does not require an account or sign-in.
Information stored on your device
Your best distance, language preference and age group for ad settings (13–17 or 18+) are stored on your device. We do not collect your date of birth. The game has no feature that sends gameplay records to our own server. You can delete these records and settings by clearing app data or uninstalling the Android app. Android cloud backup of app data is disabled.
Optional advertising
When rewarded ads are enabled in the Android version, you may choose to watch an ad after a collision. Completing it allows you to continue from the collision point once per run. You can also return to the last safe zone and retry for free. The browser prototype has no real advertising connection.
An ad-enabled version uses Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). These services may send and process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from IP), ad and app interactions, diagnostics, advertising IDs and other device identifiers for advertising, fraud prevention, diagnostics, performance measurement and consent management. Actual processing depends on SDK configuration, region, age settings, device settings and consent.
The game does not request precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera permissions. The Android advertising ID permission is removed; other identifiers such as the app set ID are separate from the advertising ID. The app does not begin ad SDK initialization or ad requests before an age group is selected. Ads may be prepared before you press the watch-ad button.
Third-party services and international processing
Advertising and consent management use AdMob and UMP provided by Google LLC and related Google entities. Information needed for advertising and consent requests is transmitted over the network to Google services and may be processed in the United States and other countries. For Google's retention, rights and international-transfer information, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google partner services information. Google processes information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Advertising privacy settings
Consent screens are shown when required for your region and consent status. Where required, the game's ad privacy settings button lets you review your choices. You can also manage advertising settings on your device. Basic gameplay and free retries work offline or when an ad cannot be loaded.
Support messages and your rights
If you contact us by email, we use your email address, message and attachments to respond and resolve the issue. We retain support information only as needed for the inquiry, applicable legal obligations or disputes, then delete it. Contact us below to request access, correction or deletion of support information we hold. Device-only gameplay records can be deleted on your device.
Target audience
The game targets ages 13 and over. An ad-enabled Android version asks you to select under 13, 13–17 or 18+ at first launch. Selecting under 13 closes the app without starting ad requests. Ages 13–17 use the SDK's under-age-of-consent treatment, which restricts personalized advertising and related processing. Ages 18+ use consent procedures appropriate for the region. Ad content is limited to rating G. You can select again using Change age group in the Back menu.
