Jelly Defense: Pudding Guard Privacy Policy

Scope and operator

Effective October 10, 2026. SHUN PRODUCTION operates Jelly Defense: Pudding Guard (com.shunproduction.jellydefense), a free tower defense game intended for ages 13 and older. These terms describe the Android 1.0.0 release configuration. Store publication and advertising approval are separate processes.

Game data on your device

Progression upgrades, crown candy, best round, tutorial completion, language, sound and vibration settings are stored locally. There is no account, cloud save, chat, photo upload, location permission, in-app purchase or separate analytics SDK. We do not receive your save data. An active battle is not restored after the app closes.

Optional advertising and age protection

Google AdMob provides an optional rewarded ad after defeat: one revive per run, with 50% health. Declining the ad does not prevent starting another game. Closing an ad without earning its reward grants no revive. We collect no date of birth. All ad requests, including adult requests, receive conservative under-age-of-consent protection, a G maximum ad content rating and a non-personalised request. Android advertising ID and Ad Services identifier permissions are removed, and publisher first-party IDs are disabled. This protection does not change the intended 13+ audience.

Google SDK data and privacy choices

Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions, diagnostics, performance information and permitted device or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, maintain security and prevent fraud. No precise GPS location is requested. UMP updates privacy status before ads are requested. Under-age-of-consent treatment suppresses adult personalised-ad consent collection. Where the SDK requires privacy options, these are available in Settings. The privacy policy remains available in Settings. Ad failure or consent restrictions do not block the basic game.

Retention and deletion

Remove local game data using Android Settings → Apps → Jelly Defense → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling may remove progress. There is no account or cloud restore. Google determines retention and deletion for data it processes under its policies. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction through the support contact; legal guardians may contact us on behalf of minors. We use support email addresses and messages to respond and resolve issues, then delete them when no longer required, subject to applicable retention duties.

External services and international processing

Google may process advertising and consent information on servers outside your country. Its policies describe its processing, retention, safeguards and available choices.
